International Delivery


Origines can currently ship to :

- France metropolitan & Overseas France,

- Belgium, Luxembourg & Switzerland,

- Germany, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Spain, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom & Sweden.

 

Overseas France : Some of the parcels can be controlled and retained by the customs (up to 14 business days). Origines provides all customs documents to insure fast delivery of your order. The French Overseas Departments (DOM) are not part of Community territory for the purposes of VAT. Please be aware that taxes (30% of the total price), for which you will be responsible, may be charged by your local authorities once your package reaches your country.

 

Switzerland : Consignments from abroad are basically liable to customs duties and to VAT. You will be asked to pay :

- Customs duties,

- Customs clearance (CHF18 for orders under CHF500, CHF35 for order above CHF500),

- Current standard VAT 8% (including shipping costs, customs clearance, insurance, customs duties, etc).

 

Order confirmation email


Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with Origines, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order.

The order confirmation email is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation email includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our web site after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any credits or promotional discounts, taxes, shipping charges (if applicable), your ship-to and bill-to information, and the ship method.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way. Simply click on your tracking link on this email to view the up to date tracking.

 

Returns policy


You can return any item for a refund within 60 days of receiving your original order, at your own expense. Items shipped to Origines outside of the returns window may be returned to you. Products must be returned in new condition. All goods will be inspected on return. If you want a different item, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. Origines is unable to offer exchanges by mail. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it is packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.

We would like to inform you that we do not accept the products returned with postage due. If you are looking to return an incorrect or damaged item, please get in touch so we can get this sorted for you. We will send you a Prepaid Return Label. Just follow the instructions on the note. It can usually take up to 15 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and completed. We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed. Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 3-5 working days, depending on your payment method issuer.

Refund Policy

 

It takes up to 30 days to process returns and credit your account. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
