How to use borage oil,
Borage oil can be used in many different ways, the first being in skin care. You can use it as a treatment cream or as a base for massage. It can be applied pure or combined with other vegetable oils or essential oils. On your face, it can play the role of your usual day cream and totally replace it. Tip: to improve its penetration into your skin, you can mix it with a more penetrating vegetable oil, such as jojoba oil for example.

You can also use it as a hair care product. Borage vegetable oil can be applied as a hair balm, shampoo, conditioner or massage oil. For example, for a complete treatment, massage your hair with this oil, wrap it in a towel and leave it on for a few hours.

Your nails can benefit too. Before your manicure, soak your nails for 5 to 10 minutes in a bath of pure borage oil.
