- Cleanse daily by applying to damp face, massage and rinse thoroughly.

- Exfoliate 4 times a week by massaging with circular movements insisting on the forehead, nose and chin then rinse thoroughly.

- Apply as a mask 2 to 3 times a week, apply to dry face, leave on for 3-5 minutes then rinse with water.

Avoid eye area, in case of contact rinse immediately with water.
